Poaching perfection, May 6, 2010

The title says it all. After years of suffering the usual disasterous attempts at poaching eggs, I can now have a perfectly poached egg and a clean pan. No more frilly floating white bits and hard yolk, this little gem means I now have a whole egg to put on my toast. Wish I'd found them years ago.

Have always enjoyed poached eggs, but these are so convenient to use and and make the dish a treat. Easy release with a light spray of oil and bingo there you go. Not cheap but worth the money.
