Disappointing product, April 24, 2010

This is a disappointing product overall. The instructions are very poor - just diagrams with no written help. Also, I thought that the hose would be re-wound on the reel automatically as the handle was turned but you have to guide it onto the reel which is not easy. It inevitably does not wind on neatly and ends up in a mess. It also twists the water feed hose which you then have to un-twist and put right. As usual, no complaints about Amazon's service; item was delivered within 3 days of ordering.
