Money Jar, May 6, 2010
I bought 2 of these for gifts as I already had one.
They are really good for the price and it does help if you are saving to try and reach targets with all the change from your pocket ect.
The only thing though is that some times if coin not put in right the counting is off so it might be slightly more or slightly less on the display that you actually have. But for the money well worth it.
A good novelty.., May 5, 2010
The sensor inside the the slot isn't accurate all the time. Sometimes it counts 20p's as 1p's, and sometimes it doesn't register coins at all. But, these instances are few and far between, and on the whole this gadget will give you a a reasonably accurate estimate. Its definitely quicker than counting by hand, but the results aren't always spot on. ...buy this as a fun novelty item, not a serious counting machine.

It hasnt miscounted my money yet it seems to be good, but it is extreamly annoying if you want to take money out theres not button to take away money and if you take money out the readings wrong and you have to put it all back in again, so its good if you want to keep money in there till you want to put it in a bank but if you like to take money out aswell get a different one.

Brought it for my 18 month old as a saving pot with a difference, waste of time really, it counts ok most of the time but zero's itself ramdomly and has the ability to turn itself of which is most fustrating. Off to Morrisons for me to the money counter im affraid. Boo Hoo!!!!!!!
