Worth a try ., March 3, 2010
I've been using this belt for about a month now whilst working out .It certainly makes you sweat buckets , though whether it lives up to all its claims i don't know . Glad i bought it though , need all the help i can get ! Wouldn't really say it gives much back support its quite flexible . Comfortable under my weight belt though . Not alot of money for an ally against the flab . Take care when removing , it could split if your heavy handed with it .
Amazing, only with proper use - My advice, January 10, 2010
This was a recommendation from an instructor. It is meant for shedding excess water on your abs, perfect for people like me who want a little more definition to already well formed abs. It will not work miracles. I have worn it to aerobics, boxing, C.V. training and weight training. It supports your back and makes you sweat hard. Do not wear it too far up your tummy. I pulled it up before some interval training. As my ribs could not expand fully, I started to struggle for air and finally gave up and I started to black out. So my advice is to wear it around the hips and tummy. You must remember to hold in your abs whilst using working out. The belt will not do this for you. It is also easy to wash and dries quickly.
I guess maybe this could be used for extra back support during manual handelling or to keep your tummy warm.

It does what it says.It gives you back support and keep it warm around(I'm using it everyday to work/shopping etc.)and when you're on the gym you are sweating wearing it much more then without it. It gives some result but it need to be in connection with exercise and diet it's not for lazy people who thinks wearing it it will do all the work for them.Only one bad point is that when you're sweating it all goes in to your pants.
