I love this!, May 8, 2010
This could possibly be my favourite albulm ever.
It includes the famous songs like Rabbit Heart (Raise It Up) and You've Got The Love, and not so famous ones such as My Boy Builds Coffins. They are all equally calming and, well...awesome.
I was a bit dissapointed when I first got it, as I had been expecting more tracks, as I had been listening to the extended albulm on Spoitfy, and I hadn't checked this was the right one. But, the other thirteen tracks are so brilliant, it doesn't really matter.
If you like Florence and the machine...Buy it!
Utterly attrocious.., April 21, 2010
Lets not beat around the bush. This is a collection of inconsistent wailing. How anyone can enjoy this or state she has an amazing voice is beyond me. Im sure its one big corporate wind up.
I wouldnt expect anything less than for this to win a brit as time and time again, the public prove they are just stupid.
It seems the most popular track is "You got the love". This has been given to her as the younger generation will not even realise this is a cover. Not a touch on the original "The Source" version and again just terrible.
Seems to be a nice girl but god awful music and terrible voice.
Go away Florence and take your machine with you....
a must buy, April 15, 2010
A fantastic album, definately one of the best albums of 2010 and will take something special to top it as the year rolls on.
Good album but the songs are quite repetitve, April 14, 2010
This album's a good one with some awesome songs like Rabbit Heart, Dog days are over, You've got the love and so on. However, if you listen to the whole album without stopping, the sound of the songs can get pretty repetitive. It's a great album with some brilliant songs on it nonetheless.
