I got this for my grand daughter and both she and the cats love it, my wife hates it as she had it in her handbag on a bus and and it started making noises,the driver made her empty her handbag on the seat as he thought she had a live animal in it.

This was last Christmas' "must have" toy, and it was a surprise. It says in the description that it is "realistic" but it is much, much bigger than any hamster I have ever seen. It's monstrous! Amazon say that they cannot guarantee which hamster I would receive, but I didn't expect it to be like that! It must have weighed 90kg, and despite coming with dead batteries, a set of new ones set the thing crashing through my front door and ruining my lino flooring in the process. I found it embedded nose-first in the side of my neighbours Renault Scenic. Removing the batteries resulted in further problems as everytime I tried the hamster simply glowered at me and bore it's teeth. A plucky do-gooder dressed as a toilet roll tube saved the day by distracting it. I have returned it to Amazon who have been most understanding. They even sent me some lovely flowers.

Purchased a Go Go hamster for our grand daughter but found out afterwards the same product could be purchased locally for a quarter of the price

My little one loved this until the motor stopped working after about 2 hours. A great disapointment and very over priced at 4 times the SRP.
